Laundry Room Renovation in McHenry

Project Notes:

The client requested an area for a boot bench using matching cabinetry. She currently has baskets under the bench but she will be able to put boots under the bench in the wintertime. She also wanted a tall cabinet for brooms and her cleaning supplies.

On the other side of the room, the client wanted to be able to put her laundry baskets on open shelving so the baskets were not just sitting on the floor. There is also a pull-out trash cabinet next to it.

There was an existing pull-down ironing board which we updated with matching cabinetry. The client requested to have some open shelves to display some decorative knick-knacks.

The client did not want wall cabinets in one area to leave space for hanging and folding clothes.
